What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenence Assistant position at King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation?
We are looking for an Engineering/Environmental Services Assistant to join our team! The Engineering/Environmental Services Manager is responsible in assisting with the upkeep and repairs of our Residence of King David. This includes all facets of Maintenance and Housekeeping in the Independent living setting.
Essential Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
3 years minimum experience in general building maintenance.
Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.
Must be able to work within and track and maintain a budget
Must be able to prioritize work orders
Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
