As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service, menu knowledge, and an engaging demeanor.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly attitude.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Utilize Toast systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Manage tables efficiently, including bussing and resetting for new guests.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and culinary offerings is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance is beneficial.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation protocols is essential.
