We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at a busy, fast-paced dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable including invoice processing and vendor payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process GAP warranties sold in F&I and maintain accurate records
- Handle Purchase Orders and reconcile with invoices
- Provide relief coverage during lunch breaks for front desk employees
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Prior experience in accounting or dealership environment (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
