Role Description
As the Chief of Staff at Kinfolk Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing strategic initiatives, and supporting executive leadership to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time remote role that requires collaboration across various departments, ensuring that projects are aligned with the company's mission. You will assist in decision-making processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive the execution of key projects while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with community-centered design and working with marginalized communities is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in nonprofit organizations and familiarity with immersive technology is highly beneficial
