About the Role
As a Patient Care Representative (PCR), you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—delivering durable medical equipment (DME) promptly, providing compassionate instruction, and ensuring each patient feels confident using their equipment. This is a field-based position that involves traveling to patients’ homes and healthcare facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and picking up medical equipment.
  • Setting up equipment in patient homes or facilities.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on safe, proper use.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and answering after-hours calls as needed.
  • Completing accurate service paperwork.
  • Maintaining serialized equipment and purchase product inventory as well as keeping the work space compliant.

We’re looking for a professional, patient-focused individual who works well independently in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Physical Demands

Frequent sitting (while driving), walking, bending, standing, and reaching.

Regularly lift/move up to 30 lbs; occasionally lift/move heavier loads.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.

· Valid Drivers License

· Insurance Declaration Page with proof of the following coverages

$100,000 per person bodily injury liability

$300,000 per incident bodily injury liability

$50,000 property damage liability

$1,000 or less deductible on collision insurance, if you carry collision insurance on your vehicles.

$1,000 or less deductible on comprehensive insurance, if you carry comprehensive insurance on your vehicle

Exposure
Job responsibilities will be performed within a clinic environment or patient home. There is high risk for exposure to infectious disease as this position does have direct contact with patients and/or equipment. Should the employee become infected with Tuberculosis, they will report to their direct supervisor to ensure that other employees are not at risk for exposure. The employee will seek medical attention and not return to work until released by a physician.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,400.00 - $43,680.00 per year
