You’ll work in an energetic, supportive environment where innovation, teamwork, and genuine care come first. Our team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, trainers, dieticians, counselors, and wellness professionals who collaborate to deliver whole-person care.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver hands-on, high-quality care to help patients recover strength, mobility, and confidence.
- Partner closely with supervising Physical Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to execute individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and motivate patients through every phase of their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to integrate exercise, recovery, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our efficient, modern EMR system (WebPT).

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (NC license or eligible)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and lifelong learning
