We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Support Associate to join our team in Orange, CA. This position plays a vital role in, preparing product samples, cutting samples, and operating a stand-up forklift to pull samples and customer requests, and ensuring accurate documentation within company systems.Our client is a specialty materials provider serving industries such as construction, design, and manufacturing. They are recognized for their dedication to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering reliable products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cut, and assemble product samples per customer requestsAccurately log and document sample activity in company systemsPull and prepare bundles for shipping, restrap anything left and return them to storage using a forkliftSafely operate a stand-up forklift to move heavy bundles (certification or recent experience preferred)Work in the yard to learn lumber selection and handling proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support operational flowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentRequirementsPrevious experience operating a stand-up forklift (certification preferred)Ability to lift and maneuver heavy bundles safelyStrong attention to detail with excellent documentation skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to work outdoors in a yard environmentSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
