Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Newport Beach / (Hybrid/On-site as needed)Salary: $70,000–$85,000KPG is partnering with a growing, innovative medical device company focused on improving patient outcomes for a Direct Hire opportunity. The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in the U.S. operations of this high-growth business, ensuring efficient supply chain planning, inventory management, customer service, and logistical operations. This role reports directly to the Global Supply Chain Director and interacts with both local U.S. teams and global headquarters.Key Responsibilities:Manage inventory planning, physical counts, and reconciliations across local warehouses and partner 3PLs.Oversee customer service processes and KPIs to ensure exceptional support for distributors and end customers.Coordinate procurement, supplier onboarding, and contract review for U.S.-based suppliers.Support New Product Introductions, marketing events, and operational logistics planning.Serve as a key operational liaison between suppliers, distributors, and finance for inventory, audits, and month-end reporting.Analyze and optimize supply chain processes, supporting ERP/IT systems and process improvement initiatives.Qualifications:2–5 years of supply chain, operations, or logistics experience; regulated industry experience preferred.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.Ability to operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Why Apply:Be part of a high-growth, innovative MedTech organization.Gain broad exposure to supply chain, operations, and business management in a regulated environment.Work with a collaborative team while making a direct impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
