About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of monthly financial close activities, ensure the accuracy of financial information, and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.Ensure compliance with GAAP and adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Assist with financial reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5 years of progressive accounting experience.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.Strong understanding of the general ledger, account reconciliation processes, and financial reporting.Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
