We're hiring an AT&T Retail Associate to join our growing team. This is a people-focused, face-to-face customer service and sales position where you'll work directly with customers, understand their needs, and help them explore AT&T wireless products, plans, devices, and available promotions.
Bilingual Spanish/English is required for this position. You should be comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Spanish during everyday conversations.
What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T wireless products and services through face-to-face customer interactions
- Speak directly with customers and identify their needs
- Explain wireless plans, devices, promotions, and available service options
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer preferences
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Develop communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Gain experience that can lead to additional leadership responsibilities
