What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Brand Ambassador position at Kinetic Events?
Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of bilingual brand ambassadors for an upcoming activation taking place at a Costco in Concord, CA from Friday, December 12th, 2025, to Sunday, December 14th, 2025.

Job Description
- This event is a brand activation and will be held at Costco (2400 Monument Blvd, Concord, CA 94520)
- Job duties will include engaging directly with shoppers to promote the brand’s products and drive awareness and sales. Ambassadors will maintain a warm, professional tone consistent with the brand's heritage, assisting throughout full store hours with setup and breakdown as needed. You will not be sampling the product (Costco is providing a sampler), so no food handling certification is needed.
- Must be comfortable memorizing a script/brand talking points and working semi-independently.
- Pay is $25/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Free parking onsite.
- Staff will need to wear their own dark wash jeans, white/cream shirt, and black professional shoes.
Shift Dates & Times - Must be available all three days!

- Friday, December 12th, 2025: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM or 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday, December 13th, 2025: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, December 14th, 2025: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable, as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
- Local to Concord. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
