This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Springfield, MO. In this role, the Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and project teams to develop and execute creative interior design solutions. Responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, preparing detailed design documentation, and ensuring design concepts meet the functional and aesthetic needs of each project. The Interior Designer will also assist in collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure quality execution of designs.
- Proficiency in space planning, layout design, and material selection
- Competence with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration
- Attention to detail, visualization skills, and a creative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to client needs
- Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in the design industry
