The primary responsibilities of the person in this position will include teaching courses in their general area of expertise at the undergraduate and graduate level. This person will also be responsible for producing scholarship commensurate with the requirements for tenure and promotion. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to, and participate in, the life and development of the department, supervise undergraduate and graduate students’ culminating experiences (e.g., thesis, project), serve on committees, and participate in the broader university and disciplinary communities.
