- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical tasks including proofreading and document preparation
- Support office management activities, including calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
- Assist with client communication, providing excellent customer service and support
- Operate office equipment and utilize computer literacy skills for various administrative functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong computer skills including technical proficiency in productivity software and general computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Previous experience in customer service or clerical roles is preferred but not required
