Kinema Fitness is a premium fitness center operator that provides on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the country. Kinema Fitness is seeking an On-Demand Front Desk Associate to assist in the operations of a high-end corporate fitness center in East Aurora, NY on an on-demand basis. We are seeking an individual that has strong communication skills and a love and passion for wellness.
The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is able to cover front desk shifts for the General Manager and Fitness Manager as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client.
- Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks.
- Registering prospective members and assisting them.
- Providing information on classes and availability
- Handling questions regarding memberships
- Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times, and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center.
Requirements:
- Valid CPR/AED certification
Pay: $30/hour
