Project Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of utility-scale solar projects from early-stage site origination through permitting, interconnection, and construction readiness (NTP).
- Manage key development workstreams including land acquisition, environmental studies, interconnection applications, and local/state permitting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to advance projects through development milestones and maintain project schedules.
- Support commercial activities including project economics, PPA processes, and coordination with financing and investment teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, utilities, regulators, and local stakeholders to facilitate successful project development.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy project development.
- Proven experience advancing projects through interconnection, permitting, and key development milestones.
- Strong understanding of U.S. power markets, transmission/interconnection processes, and project permitting.
- Experience managing external consultants (engineering, environmental, legal, and land).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
