Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of utility-scale solar projects from early-stage site origination through permitting, interconnection, and construction readiness (NTP).
• Manage key development workstreams including land acquisition, environmental studies, interconnection applications, and local/state permitting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to advance projects through development milestones and maintain project schedules.
• Support commercial activities including project economics, PPA processes, and coordination with financing and investment teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, utilities, regulators, and local stakeholders to facilitate successful project development.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy project development.
• Proven experience advancing projects through interconnection, permitting, and key development milestones.
• Strong understanding of U.S. power markets, transmission/interconnection processes, and project permitting.
• Experience managing external consultants (engineering, environmental, legal, and land).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field.
