The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum for this role. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, job-related skills, location, and internal equity, and most offers are not made at the top of the range.

Requirements
What You’ll own
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing.
- Create clear, well-aligned recruiting strategies for each search based on business needs, market conditions, and candidate availability.
- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent communities, and other targeted channels.
- Keep requisitions moving by driving next steps, following up for feedback, and escalating blockers when needed.
- Ensure hiring teams are aligned on expectations, interview process, candidate profile, and decision-making timelines.
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience through timely communication, organization, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and current information in all recruiting systems, with strong attention to detail in workflows, statuses, and documentation.
- Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to identify trends, improve execution, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Support employer brand and recruiting process improvement efforts that strengthen Kinective’s ability to attract top talent.
- Requisitions are actively managed and consistently move forward without unnecessary delays, gaps in follow-up, or lack of ownership.
- Hiring managers receive timely updates, clear communication, and strong partnership throughout the hiring process.
- Candidates experience a recruiting process that is organized, responsive, professional, and aligned with Kinective’s brand.
- Recruiting systems, workflows, and documentation are maintained accurately and with strong attention to detail.
- Interview feedback, decisions, and next steps are driven with urgency, helping the process maintain momentum and accountability.
- Day-to-day recruiting work is executed with sound judgment, reliability, strong follow-through, and a high level of consistency.
Necessary Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or another fast-paced business environment.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting processes and deliver against hiring goals.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Paylocity experience is a plus.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other direct sourcing methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, maintain momentum, and follow through consistently.
- Working knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices.
- Experience supporting inclusive hiring practices is preferred.
