Job Summary

This is not an average retail career. We offer sensible and flexible work hours, with stores closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service according to our standards on the selling floor, in the fitting room, and at the cash wrap
• Actively working with garments, including receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising, per our guidelines
• Ringing sales on the register, receiving and processing cash and credit payments, issuing receipts, and packing merchandise for our customers
• Opening and closing cash registers, performing tasks such as counting cash, processing charge slips, coupons, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A commitment to a flexible schedule
• Basic computer skills
• An Associate's degree (or equivalent) and 6 months to 2 years of retail experience
• The ability to remain in a stationary position at least 90% of the time and occasionally move about the office

Working Conditions

This job involves primarily sedentary work, requiring manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment, constant close visual acuity to view a computer screen, and auditory acuity to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels.
