HARD SKILLS PROGRAMS
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related experience or field
• 2-3 years Design Experience
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, especially within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between creative concepts and execution.
• Collaborate with production to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design innovations to infuse cutting- edge concepts into projects.
• Introduce fresh and imaginative ideas that push the boundaries of conventional creative thinking, resulting in truly unique and engaging experiences.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
• Implement best practices for the creative process within the agency, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
• Work closely with project managers/producers to establish realistic timelines and budgets for experiential design projects.
• Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients, fostering a collaborative and transparent design process.
• Develop and refine design processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in delivering high-impact designs.
• Implement best practices for design within the agency, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
• Flex into Graphic Design Production Design on an as needed basis.
