We’re seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician for our growing, dynamic practice. The right candidate will have strong veterinary and computer literacy, enjoy client education, and be a pro-active team player in a fast-paced environment that sees equal parts preventative care and urgent care/emergency cases.
Veterinary Technician duties include obtaining medical history, following-through with diagnostic and treatment plans, performing fear-free restraint and assisting with procedures including surgical and anesthesia preparation and monitoring, and dental cleanings.
As we are a small group, we aim to fully utilize the skills of our support staff, encourage cross-training, and strive to support the needs of our individual team members. We regularly discuss work-flows and touch-base on daily happenings. We are very engaged in the community and partake in events to support local businesses quarterly. And we actively leverage technology (such as AI consultation and radiography tools) to ensure the team can spend more time engaged directly with patients and the people who love them.
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
