Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid-remote and on-site role for a Psychologist based in Fayetteville, NC. As a Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessments, counseling, and mental health support to clients, including Autism and ADHD evaluation and assessments. You will collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, facilitate therapy sessions, and track their progress toward achieving mental health goals. Additionally, you will integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling techniques and principles
- Expertise in Mental Health and Psychological Assessment
- Knowledge of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral-Informed Therapy
- Active licensure as a psychologist in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members in an on-site setting
- Experience with medication management or working collaboratively with prescribers is a plus
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field with appropriate licensure and/or supervision.
