You’ll collaborate directly with top-producing agents, gain access to seller opportunities through proven team lead systems, and receive structured coaching designed to help you build momentum and scale your results.

Compensation:$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- License required
