Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CT Technologist located in Tampa, FL. The CT Technologist will perform a variety of specialized imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and diagnostic accuracy. Responsibilities include safely operating CT equipment, maintaining radiation safety protocols, preparing patients for scans, capturing images for diagnostic purposes, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and a license in Radiologic Technology.
- Proficient knowledge in Radiology and experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Strong understanding of Radiation Safety protocols and best practices in clinical applications.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to radiologic and CT practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to operate and maintain imaging equipment following established safety standards.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
