- Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver patient care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate leadership and critical thinking skills in anticipating and planning for safe patient care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a critical care setting.
- NC or multi-state compact RN license required.
