Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role based in San Diego, CA. The COO will oversee daily operations, manage organizational budgets, and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective execution of our mission. The responsibilities include leading the business planning process, optimizing operational workflows, and working closely with the leadership team to meet financial and programmatic goals. The COO will ensure compliance, maximize organizational resources, and strengthen internal infrastructures to support the organization's growth.

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions
