Position: Hourly/ Non-exempt

 Salary Range: $30-$40 per hour

• Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
• Assist In preparing Request for Information (RFIs)
• Conduct requirements analysis and gather necessary information for project planning.
• Support project leadership in coordinating project activities and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document business process models.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
• Support the implementation of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
• Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

• Working knowledge Word, Excel, Acrobat.
• Ability to read blueprints, a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2-3 years of experience
• Project management certification, a plus.



•  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
