Job Summary
The Director of Operations oversees the operational performance of multiple 7 Brew Coffee locations, ensuring alignment with company standards, financial goals, and customer experience expectations. This leadership role is critical in fostering a culture of kindness, connection, and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Earn and maintain the respect of both managers and team members through hard work, honesty, and strong leadership.
- Support and oversee the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, development, and termination of all stand managers.
- Hire regional managers as needed.
- Lead the process for all disciplinary actions involving stand managers.
- Foster a motivating environment through consistent rewards, appreciation, and acknowledgement of team members who perform well and meet or exceed performance goals.
- Creating a positive work culture for all team members.
- Provide support and guidance to store managers, regional managers, and their teams to achieve operational and performance objectives.
- Mentor and develop regional managers to uphold company values and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency in training programs across locations.
- Supervise and support daily operations across all stores.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Analyze and manage regional financials, including P&L, labor costs, and operating expenses.
- Develop and execute regional plans for sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Plan for team growth and succession by identifying and recruiting strong candidates for management roles.
- Maintain high standards of customer service across locations
- Address and resolve customer and employee issues to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are subject to the needs of the business. This could mean weekends, early mornings (5AM) and late nights (11PM).
