Job Summary:
Kindly Direct Care, a New Jersey preferred DDD agency, is seeking a dedicated State Director to lead our expansion into Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll lead our Community Participation Supports (CPS) program for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). As a champion of empowerment and independence, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our individuals and fostering a culture of inclusivity and support.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the PA CPS program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency standards
Build scalable, compliant systems and workflows supporting the success of the team and the program
Drive initiatives forward and manage a successful team through proactive communication and empowering leadership
Develop and implement program strategies to promote community integration, social skills development, and personal growth for individuals with IDD
Collaborate with internal teams, community stakeholders, and government agencies to coordinate services and achieve program goals
Provide leadership, training, and coaching to DSPs and program staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
Conduct needs assessments, program evaluations, and data-driven reporting to inform program improvements and quality enhancements
Develop and manage program budgets, grants, and administrative tasks to maintain program viability
Manage the implementation and adaptation of a comprehensive practice management software that meets the company's needs for CRM, EHR, and RCM
Partner with HR to recruit and attract qualified candidates for the program
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in human services, preferably in IDD services in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania (PA)
At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, special education, psychology, or a related field) preferred
Strong understanding of IDD, community participation, and person-centered planning principles
Strong business administration expertise
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
