Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to service an individual Cherry Hill, NJ. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$24.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
Help individuals develop skills to live independently and engage in community activities
Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, and community members
Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
