You will also document services provided, follow individualized support plans, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent, person-centered care. This position involves maintaining a safe, respectful environment, modeling positive behavior, and communicating clearly with individuals, families, and other care providers.

Qualifications
- Background or strong interest in Human Services and supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
- Well-developed Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, including active listening and clear, respectful dialogue.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing Training related to direct support, safety, and person-centered practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in social services, special education, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks as needed, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach, with consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, if transportation support is required.
- Ability to meet any state or agency requirements, such as background checks or health clearances.
