What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills—often through games, play-based learning, and personalized support. You’ll follow a plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track progress, and bring your creativity to every session.
What Your Schedule & Role Look Like:
We are looking for full-time Behavior Technicians to support in a Belmont public preschool during morning/early afternoon school hours followed by afternoon/early evening 1:1 sessions at either our Burlington Center or North Reading Center, or nearby home-based settings.
This dual-setting role gives you the best of both worlds: hands-on experience in a public school classroom combined with clinical center/home support to build a predictable, rewarding full-time schedule!

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Enjoys being active and playful with kids
- Is dependable, organized, and a great communicator
- Can follow directions and stay calm under pressure
- Is open to learning and eager to grow
- Has experience with children (experience with children or adults with autism is preferred but not required)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
