At Kindeva, we're more than a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization —we're a team committed to improving patient outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to help shape the future of one of our St. Louis manufacturing facilities.

The Impact You Will Make

You'll have the opportunity to partner with leaders in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment where people strategy is critical to operational success.

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with leaders, employees, union representatives, and HR Centers of Excellence to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee and labor relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, and change management.

Your ability to build trusted relationships, influence leaders at all levels, and navigate complex employee matters will directly contribute to operational excellence, organizational growth, and Kindeva's mission of manufacturing more tomorrows.

The successful candidate will exemplify Kindeva's KIND Values—Kinetic, Innovation, Now, and Delivery.

  • Build organizational capability by strengthening leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee engagement.

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters by conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee concerns in a fair, timely, and compliant manner.
  • Support labor relations activities, including grievance management, contract interpretation, disciplinary processes, and maintaining productive relationships with union representatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies, employment practices, and collective bargaining agreements while promoting a positive employee experience.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, career development, and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, corrective action, and development planning.
  • Support onboarding, employee development, career progression, and offboarding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Lead and support organizational change, process improvement, workforce transformation, and business growth initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  •

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or similar business environments.
