Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Lead Teacher at Kindernest Montessori School, located in Newton Highlands, MA. The Primary Lead Teacher will develop and implement a Montessori-based curriculum, guide young learners in their academic and personal development, and foster a safe and collaborative classroom environment that supports exploration and creativity. Additional responsibilities include effective classroom management, fostering positive family relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the school community.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Proven experience in Teaching and facilitating Montessori or early childhood education
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Education and a student-centered teaching philosophy
- Montessori teaching certification or relevant professional credentials
