Job Description: We are currently seeking to expand and onboard new part time dance and movement instructors to introduce the magic of dance, ballet, yoga, fitness, and gymnastics to young children. In this role, you will utilize our fun curriculum to engage and teach children in weekly classes held at our partner schools and recreation sites. We have a current teacher opening in East Providence Wednesday morning 10:00-11:45, Thursday evening 5-6:45, and Saturday morning 9:30-11.

We have anticipated part-time openings for a morning teacher in East Bay Schools/locations 1-2 mornings per week, a morning teacher in Southcoast MA 1-3 mornings per week, and a morning teacher in North Kingstown/Each Greenwhich 1-3 mornings per week. Training begins immediately.

Classes are typically scheduled on weekdays between 9:00 AM-11:00 AM or 2:00 PM-5:00 PM. Candidates with availability beyond these current locations may be selected to join our teaching cohort. You'll have the opportunity to train and onboard with us and substitute teach as we anticipate further openings on various days and times in and around RI and Southcoast MA.

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have a car and be willing to travel to schools, preschools, and recreation centers for onsite classes.
• Possess teaching or childcare experience or have demonstrated the ability to manage and engage groups of young children while maintaining a structured and enjoyable environment.
• Have a background in dance or gymnastics, either as a participant or instructor.
• Pass a thorough background check.
• Be available to start training immediately, which includes online learning (independent) and shadowing/co-teaching.
• Currently reside in or close to RI or Southcoast MA
