As a Senior HR Program Manager, you’ll lead the operational excellence, scalability, and employee experience of two high-impact benefits programs: Open Enrollment and the Childcare Discount Program. This role combines strategic program ownership with hands-on project management, requiring a strong operator who can drive execution, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
Partnering closely with Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and external vendors, you will ensure seamless delivery of these programs for a workforce of 45,000 employees across 41 states while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, engagement, and overall program performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the annual Open Enrollment program, including post-enrollment analysis and optimization initiatives.
- Manage complex benefits projects; coordinating timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure operational readiness, seamless system integrations, and effective program delivery. Develop, analyze, and communicate program metrics, reporting, and insights to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive operational excellence by resolving issues, conducting root cause analyses, maintaining SOPs, and implementing scalable process improvements.
- Enhance the employee benefits experience through clear communications, change management support, and proactive identification and mitigation of operational risks. Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee engagement, program adoption, vendor performance, and overall benefits operations.
- Support governance and compliance activities, ensuring benefits programs align with ERISA, ACA, company policies, and other applicable requirements.
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems and vendors
- Comfort using data for insights
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across systems, vendors, and processes
