*Rates are currently elevated due to KinderCare’s participation in the Illinois Smart Start Workforce Grants.
The elevated rate above is subject to change based on grant funding availability and your elevated rate will return to the standard KinderCare rate on 07/01/2026, if not sooner. On 07/01/2026 your rate will shift to the KinderCare rate of either $15.60/hour for assistant teachers or $16.80/hour for qualified teachers.

Experience: ECE: 2 years (Preferred)
