Responsibilities:
- Answering Payroll related volume. This would come through our ticketing system (Service Now, Email or a Slack channel chat).
- Will be working with ADP payroll software (eTime, WFN, EV5, EV6, ADPR, and Smart Compliance).
- Analyze processes on a regular basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Assist with payroll projects as assigned.
- Calculating and processing off-cycle payments with multi-state compliance.
- Minimum 1 year experience with basic payroll functions.
- Associate degree or equivalent work time required.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Experience with ADP.
- Must possess a high degree of adaptability.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- Must be able to successfully handle a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
