As a teacher on our team, you will:

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals for the center's success.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain them.
• Meet state-specific qualifications.
• Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or be willing to obtain one.
• Physically capable of using a computer with basic proficiency, lifting a minimum of 40 pounds, and working indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures at low levels to facilitate physical and visual contact with children, as well as engage in physical activities with them.
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
