- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct among students.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child's development.
- Plan and execute activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- Childcare or Teaching Experience Preferred But Not Required

Pay: $13.85 per hour
