What you’ll do:
- Create a safe, engaging classroom where children can learn and play
- Implement curriculum tailored to each child’s needs
- Build strong relationships with families
- Support center success alongside a collaborative team
What we’re looking for:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to obtain state-required certifications (CPR/First Aid)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children
