What You Will Do
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for customers and joint venture partners for joint venture pipeline and LNG assets.
- Assist in coordinating and keeping track of LNG vessel activity and effectively communicate schedule changes to stakeholders. Maintain vessel reports used for Joint Venture reporting.
- Develop and maintain reporting packages and tracking mechanisms.
- Assist with JV reporting, budgeting and forecasting needs, including capital projects.
- Research industry topics as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Candidate should be a strong multi-tasker, having the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be detail oriented with excellent written and oral skills.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist or backfill for other positions within the department as needed.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in an analyst or related position.
- Requiring the preparation, review, analysis and management reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Above average proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Teams.
- Must have the ability to work with a wide variety of people to achieve desired results.
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential
- Must be a problem solver with the ability to find resolutions
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision at times
- Must be flexible and able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/attitude with co-workers and customers.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
