About Us:
Kinder Konsulting is a trusted provider of early intervention mental and behavioral health services for children across Central Florida. As we transition to our new electronic medical records (EMR) system, we're looking for someone to help us make that transition seamless for the families we serve.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Temporary Patient Portal Support Coordinator to assist in onboarding parents and caretakers of our clients onto MyHealthPointe, our new patient portal. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last approximately 4 months, with an immediate start.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to parents/caretakers via phone, text, or email to assist them in setting up and using their MyHealthPointe portal accounts.
- Run reports to identify families who have not yet registered or accessed the portal.
- Troubleshoot issues families encounter while using the portal and document common barriers and solutions.
- Create simple written materials and tip sheets to help explain the sign-up and usage process.
- Coordinate with our internal IT department and external EMR consultants to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Keep detailed records of outreach efforts and track progress toward full family participation.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents and caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
- Organized and comfortable with data tracking and follow-ups.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (prior experience with EMRs or client portals is a plus).
- Problem-solver who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or social services is helpful but not required.
Schedule:
- Full-time hours during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, approx. 8 AM – 5 PM).
- This position is on-site at our Winter Park office.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
Salary : $18 - $20
