Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children
- Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play
- Collect light session data using your phone or tablet
- Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor)
- Working phone or tablet to collect session data
- Ability to pass Federal and State background checks
- Valid form of ID
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime model
Experience (1 year required)
- Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)
- Special education (educational settings, special needs)
- Developmental intervention (early intervention)
- Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience

Schedule
- We ask each employee and family to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours per day.
- Most sessions take place after school (between 3–8 PM on weekdays) and anytime on weekends.
