About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide leadership and support at our Minneapolis clinic. This is a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration will make a direct impact.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers to ensure day-to-day responsibilities are met
Mentor clinical leads and provide feedback to staff on performance
Execute onboarding and training programs for the clinical team
Ensure clinical team overhead aligns with budget and identify opportunities for efficiency
Coordinate patient conversion lists and anticipated cycle volumes across locations
Oversee clinical staff schedules and manage per-diem nurses if applicable
Manage time cards and procedural scheduling for OR cases, embryo transfers, and IUIs
Ensure patient satisfaction and escalate complaints as needed
Nursing responsibilities include patient education, cycle oversight, pre- and post-operative care, and documentation in EMR
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
Who You Are
4 years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice OR managerial experience in an outpatient Women’s Health clinic
Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota
Current BLS and ACLS Certification
EMR and G-Suite experience
Strong phlebotomy skills and IV access ability
Passion for women’s health and fertility
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a team player
Exemplifies strong customer service skills and professionalism
