• Lead field operations for multiple heavy civil and site development projects
• Oversee scheduling, safety, and logistics across active job sites
• Mentor superintendents and field staff to ensure project quality and efficiency
• Requirements: 15 years of civil construction experience; proficiency in scheduling software and safety programs
• 💲 Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 vehicle allowance bonus potential

• Manage all aspects of sitework and excavation projects from planning through closeout
• Handle project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and project timelines
• Requirements: 4 years of heavy civil project management experience; proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar software
• 💲 Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 vehicle allowance annual bonus

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for sitework, excavation, and civil projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids for accuracy
• Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities
• Requirements: 3 years of estimating experience; knowledge of HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or Procore
• 💲 Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 performance-based bonus

• Lead the estimating department and oversee bid preparation for large-scale civil projects
• Mentor estimating staff and establish standardized processes
• Support executive team with preconstruction strategy and business development
• Requirements: 10 years of estimating experience; proven team leadership in heavy civil construction
• 💲 Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000 bonus potential

• Support project managers and superintendents with field coordination and documentation
• Track materials, assist with scheduling, and maintain QA/QC standards
• Prepare daily reports and ensure safety compliance on active job sites
• Requirements: 1–3 years of field experience; degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 💲 Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 training and growth opportunities
