Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school with at least 2 years of experience
- Active New Jersey dental license (or in process)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Confident in general dentistry procedures
- Team-oriented, reliable, and growth-minded
