Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Austin, TX, for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include lead generation, market research, and referral channel and customer relationship building to drive business growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with referral channels, and analyzing market trends. Collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for enhancing customer experience and showcasing Kincaid's services to potential customers also forms a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience (outbound preferred)
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and referral sources and convey company offerings effectively
- Experience in lead generation and market research to drive customer acquisition and business growth
- Customer service skills to ensure a positive and engaging client experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
