- Full lifecycle execution: Sale → Install → PTO
- Driving speed, accuracy, and accountability across every project
- Delivering a seamless, white-glove customer experience
- Acting as the central operator across Sales, Permitting, Design, and Field Ops
- Protecting timelines and eliminating bottlenecks before they happen
- Own every project from contract to PTO—no handoffs, no dropped balls

- Maintain clean, accurate CRM and pipeline visibility at all times
- Drive alignment across Sales, Intake, Design, Permitting, and Field Ops

- Escalate quickly and effectively when projects are at risk
- Ensure every deal handed off from Sales is solid and executable
- Be the face of the project for the customer
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally at every stage
- Set expectations and deliver on them—no surprises

- Pull-Through Rate (Sale → PTO completion %)
- Cycle Time (Sale to Install / PTO timelines)
- Install Scheduling Velocity (MoM improvement)
- Customer Satisfaction / NPS
- Referral Generation (direct impact on bonus potential)
- Pipeline Health & Project Accuracy (CRM hygiene, milestone tracking)
- 2–5 years in solar operations, project coordination, or EPC environments
- Deep understanding of the solar lifecycle (Sale → PTO)
- Highly organized, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented
- Strong communicator who can manage customers and internal stakeholders with confidence
- Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, performance-driven culture
- Relentless ownership mindset—projects succeed or fail with you
