- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clear and reset tables (assist servers)

- Take out trash and keep work areas organized
- Support front-of-house and kitchen team as needed

Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and assembling ingredients under the guidance of chefs
- Support the catering and banquet teams by maintaining cleanliness during large events or special functions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper cleaning procedures and adhering to health regulations
- Handle food handling responsibilities with care, ensuring proper storage and disposal of ingredients and waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and uphold high standards of hospitality
- Assist with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas to keep the kitchen tidy
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
