Job Title: Store Clerk

Job Summary: The store clerk ensures daily store operations and procedures are followed in such a manner that efficiently processes orders and contributes to a positive customer experience.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answers the telephone and coordinates will call pick-ups with the warehouse team.
- Greets and directs customers to waiting area or appropriate team members office.
- Organizes and processes sales order paperwork daily.
- Completes End of Day processes and ensures necessary signatures have been obtained.
- Serves as first point of contact for customers when issues arise during the order pick up process.
- Reconciles unshipped Item Fulfilment report with physical inventory weekly.
- Serves as point of contact between the store and the Accounting department to solve discrepancies between customer Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, handle Proof of Delivery requests, and provide other documentation as needed.
- Ensures the sales counter and customer waiting area is neat and presentable.
- Assists the store Sales and Service Manager with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member.
- Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ administration experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be skilled in operating various office equipment
- Must be highly organized.
- Must have analytical and critical thinking skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screen
